Graphical Scribe Job Expectations

The graphical scribe will work with our facilitators to plan and capture working sessions using graphical and visual artifacts.  The ideal candidate will have a background in business analysis using visual scribing but training can be provided for the right candidate who has demonstrated an interest and aptitude for visual arts. This position is a part-time role that will appeal to those who have an interest in maintaining a work / life balance.  Some short-term travel will be required throughout Western Canada.

The Business Analyst should possess a minimum of 5 years experience demonstrating techniques in business analysis, requirements analysis, systems analysis, or process improvement.   The desired skillset also includes proficiency in eliciting functional and non-functional requirements, effective gap analysis, use case creation, and acceptance criteria definition. The following certifications are not required but are preferred:

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) accreditation
